Who this is for
We are four kilometres from Václav Havel Airport and a few minutes from the cargo zone, Kněževes and the Prague 6 industrial belt. That geography decides who we're useful to: airline and ground-handling crew on layover, logistics and freight companies moving people through PRG, engineering and contractor teams visiting a local site for a week at a time, production crews who need beds near the airport rather than in the centre, and travel managers booking any of the above.
Most of our guests stay a single night on their way somewhere. We are built around that, not around a fortnight in Prague.
What your people actually get
Every apartment is self-contained — its own bathroom, its own entrance, its own parking space, and a kitchen rather than a minibar. Four have full kitchens; two have kitchenettes. Starlink WiFi throughout, which matters if someone needs to work the evening before a meeting.
Self check-in from 17:00 with a lockbox code, and earlier check-in whenever the calendar allows — worth asking, because for a day-flight arrival it usually does. Check-out is 11:00, but a pre-dawn departure at any hour is normal here and costs nothing. We can arrange a fixed-price €12 airport transfer in either direction with a day's notice.
The commercial terms
Rates are quoted on application against committed volume, in CZK, and reviewed annually. Invoicing is monthly in arrears on 14-day terms, issued by the registered Czech entity behind KindStay (IČO 19897006). Cancellation for contracted partners is more forgiving than our public policy — same-day changes are part of how this business works and we don't price-gouge them.
We are a six-apartment house, not a chain. That is the point: you deal with the owner, changes get made the same hour, and nobody has to escalate anything.
