Within 48 hours of check-in or after. No refund — but we'll honour the full balance toward a future stay within 12 months.

How to cancel

Email prag@gezimimari.com or message us on WhatsApp at +420 773 243 757. We'll confirm cancellation in writing within a few hours, and any refund is processed within 5 working days.

Travel disruptions & flight cancellations

If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed and we have written confirmation from the airline, we'll refund in full or move your dates at no charge — even within the 48-hour window. Just send us the airline notification.

Modifications

You can move your dates once for free up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. After that, the cancellation rules above apply.

Bookings made through platforms

If you booked via Booking.com, Airbnb, or Vrbo, that platform's cancellation policy applies. It is usually similar to ours but is set at the time of booking — please check there. Direct bookings always use the policy above.

Long stays (14+ nights)

For long stays, the free cancellation window extends to 21 days, and weekly cancellations are accepted with one week's notice if your plans change mid-stay.
