Before you arrive
We send you the door code, parking details, and arrival map the morning of your check-in by email and SMS. If you haven't seen them by 13:00, write to us — we may have your wrong contact.
Getting here from PRG
Pre-booked taxi is the easiest (€12 fixed). Otherwise: bus 119 from PRG to Veleslavín, then bus 312 to Tuchoměřice — Hradiště. Total 35 min, single 40 CZK ticket.
WiFi
Network: KindStay-Starlink · password is on the kitchen counter card. Strong signal everywhere; works for video calls and streaming. No data caps.
Heating & AC
Each suite has its own thermostat by the front door. Comfort range is 18–24°C. Open windows for 5 minutes each morning — Czech apartments are well-insulated, and a quick air-out keeps the suite fresh for the day.
Coffee, tea & basics
We leave: fresh ground coffee, milk, sugar, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, dish soap, sponges. Plus a welcome note. The bakery on the square opens at 6am for bread and pastries.
Rubbish & recycling
General waste under the kitchen sink. Glass & plastic bins are at the corner of the courtyard, sorted by colour. Standard Czech recycling, no surprises.
Laundry
No washing machine in the suites, but we'll do a load for you for €10 (washed, dried, folded, returned by evening). Just text the day before.
Emergencies
Utku on +420 773 243 757 at any hour. Medical: 112. Nearest 24h pharmacy: Motol Hospital. Power-cut switchboard is in the entry cupboard.
Most-asked questions.
What time can I check in / out?
Self check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Late arrivals are welcome at no charge. If you have an early-morning flight, you can leave at any hour — keys go back in the lockbox.
Is there parking?
Yes — one off-street spot per booking, free. The Attic Apartment includes two. Vans, roof boxes, and EVs all fit. EV charging is at COOP, four minutes' walk away.
Can you arrange an airport taxi?
Yes — €12 fixed price each way, any hour. Just let us know your flight number 24 hours ahead and we'll have a driver waiting at arrivals.
Is breakfast included?
The suites have full kitchens, so we don't run a buffet — but we leave coffee, tea, milk and basics, and the village bakery opens at 6am. We can also pre-stock the fridge for €25.
Do you accept short stays?
Yes — single nights welcome, no surcharge. Many of our airport guests stay one night. The two-night minimum applies only on weekends in high summer.
Is the area really quiet?
Genuinely. The runway runs north–south, we're west, behind a forest belt. Street is residential with no through traffic. Most guests don't hear a single plane overnight.
Can I pay in cash / on arrival?
Yes — we accept card or cash on arrival, in CZK or EUR. No deposit needed for direct bookings under €500.
