Check-in & check-out
Self check-in is available from 15:00 onward. Keys are placed in a coded lockbox at the front door — the code is sent to you the morning of arrival. Late arrivals (after 22:00, or before 06:00) are welcome at no extra charge; please just let us know your approximate time so we can keep an eye on it.
Check-out is by 11:00. If you have a later flight and want to drop bags before, we'll happily look after them.
Quiet hours
This is a residential lane. Please keep noise low between 22:00 and 07:00. Music indoors at conversation volume is fine; loud groups outside are not. Our neighbours are friendly and we'd like to keep them that way.
Smoking
The suites and the building are strictly non-smoking. The garden has a designated outdoor spot with an ashtray. Vaping indoors counts as smoking. A €200 deep-cleaning charge applies if the suite has been smoked in — not as a punishment, but because the bedding and curtains have to be replaced.
Pets
We welcome one well-behaved dog per suite by prior arrangement (€10/night). Please mention your pet when booking. Pets must not be left alone in the suite.
Visitors
The number on your booking is the maximum overnight guests. Daytime visitors are fine, but we ask that they don't stay overnight without prior approval — partly for fire-safety records, partly so we know who's at the door.
Kitchen & cleaning
Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen. We ask only that you leave it as you'd like to find it: dishes washed or in the dishwasher, surfaces wiped, food waste in the bin. The cleaner does everything else between stays.
If something breaks, just let us know. Things break in kitchens; it's fine.
Parking
Each booking includes one off-street parking spot in our courtyard. The Attic Apartment gets two. Larger vehicles are no problem. EV charging is at the COOP supermarket, four minutes' walk away.
Damage & lost keys
Accidents happen. If something is genuinely damaged, we may ask for a fair contribution toward repair or replacement at cost — never a punitive fee. Lost keys are a €60 charge (the cost of replacing the lock cylinder and four keys).
