What we collect
- Name & contact details — to confirm the booking and reach you during your stay.
- Booking dates & suite preference — to manage availability.
- Identity document number — required by Czech law for non-EU guests, recorded on the registration form at check-in.
- Payment details — only via the platform you booked through (Booking.com, Airbnb, Stripe, etc.). We do not store card numbers.
Why we collect it
To honour your reservation, comply with Czech accommodation registration law, communicate with you about your stay, and respond to questions afterwards. We never use your details for marketing without explicit opt-in consent.
How long we keep it
Booking and registration records: 6 years (Czech tax and accommodation law). Email correspondence: up to 2 years unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Who we share it with
- The Czech foreign-police register, where required by law.
- Smoobu, our channel-management software (data centre in Germany, GDPR-compliant).
- The booking platform you used, for that booking only.
We never sell or rent guest data to third parties.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to the legal retention requirements above. Email prag@gezimimari.com; we'll respond within 14 days.
