By completing a reservation at KindStay Suites, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules ensure a smooth, safe, and comfortable experience for all guests while protecting the property. 1. Reservation & Payment A confirmed reservation constitutes an agreement between the guest and KindStay Suites. Prices may vary depending on season, availability, and booking channel. Payments, deposits, and refunds follow the conditions of the platform used for the booking (Airbnb, Booking.com, Smoobu, our website, etc.). Guests are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate. 2. Check-in & Check-out Check-in is available from 17:00. Check-out must be completed by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance but is not guaranteed. Self check-in instructions are provided before arrival. 3. Cancellation Policy The cancellation policy depends on the booking platform and the rate selected at the time of reservation. Non-refundable bookings cannot be modified or refunded. Refundable bookings follow the timeline stated during the reservation process. 4. Guest Responsibilities Guests agree to treat the property, neighbors, and facilities with care and respect. Only registered guests may stay or enter the property. The property must be left in reasonable condition upon departure. Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional charges. 5. Noise, Neighbours & Conduct Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00. Parties, events, and loud gatherings are strictly not allowed. The property is located in a quiet residential area; guests must behave accordingly. 6. Smoking & Safety Smoking, vaping, and open flames are not permitted inside the suites. Tampering with smoke detectors, fire safety devices, or heating systems is prohibited. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided. 7. Pets Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay. 8. Kitchen Use Guests may use the kitchen and appliances provided. The kitchen must be left clean and food should not be left out. Guests use kitchen equipment at their own risk. 9. Parking Free parking is available for guests. The property is not responsible for damage or loss involving vehicles or items left inside them. 10. Liability Guests stay at the property at their own risk. KindStay Suites is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or interruptions in services beyond reasonable control (e.g., power outages, network issues, weather conditions). Personal travel insurance is recommended. 11. Privacy & Data Protection Guest information is used solely for reservation management, legal guest registration, and communication related to the stay. Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law. 12. Breach of Terms Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and, if necessary, removal from the property.
